Stall Kjellbotn, Skitnesetervegen 83, org nr 991 802 703, sells horseback riding tours that consumers book via booking system or direct contact by email/phone.

1 General

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of services from www.kjellbotn.no to consumers. The Terms and Conditions, together with your order, will constitute an aggregate contractual basis for the purchase.

2 Definition of Parts

The seller is: Stall Kjellbotn and hereinafter referred to as we, us, the landlord or Stall Kjellbotn.

The lessee is: the person listed as the lessee or buyer in the booking and is hereinafter referred to as the lessee, the customer, you, you, yours or yours.

With sale products involves horseback riding trips and lunch which can be purchased at Stall Kjellbotn.

3 Payment, deposit and prices

Payment is made via Visa or Mastercard online via our payment provider Stripe, which meets the strictest security requirements. The tenant pays at the time of booking and then the lease agreement is recognized as concluded.

All prices include VAT. The total cost of the purchase will appear before booking and include all expenses associated with the rental or purchase. If there have been errors with the prices of a significant size from Stall Kjellbotn's page on the website, Stall Kjellbotn may unilaterally change, delete or reject orders even after the customer has received an order confirmation or similar. However, such errors must be corrected and informed to the customer within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered.

4 Condition of the rental property

Stall Kjellbotn is committed to delivering high quality product to consumers. Stall Kjellbotn has its own routines that control and maintain the products before and after trips.

5 Injuries

All damage, technical errors or accidents that may occur on trips must be reported to Stall Kjellbotn immediately. We will then do our best to help the tenant. Injuries are reported to tour guides immediately. This also applies to theft.

We always strive to provide the best advice and tips for your trips, but are not responsible for execution or for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by the product, delays or defects of the product.

6 Use of the rental object

The tenant is responsible for ensuring that equipment and accessories are used in such a way that it is not damaged. The Lessor facilitates the proper use of the equipment by making available operating instructions, instructions and safety procedures together with the tool and/or on the Owner's website.

Participants must read and accept the self-declaration prior to participation:

I am taking this trip of my own free will, and consider myself fit to make the trip I have signed up for.

I accept that there may be a risk in attending the equestrian rides and activities that are arranged.

I will always wear a helmet when I sit on the horse.

I know it is forbidden to smoke while riding.

I'm not going to be under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs.

I will notify the riding manager if I have any injuries or illnesses that could affect my riding ability on this ride and if I am taking any medication.

I myself have all responsibility for damages caused to me due to my carelessness or failure to follow instructions.

I myself am responsible for all personal property that I have taken with me on the trip.

I agree with the safety rules and will follow them in every way.

8 Rights and obligations of tenants

The tenant must be at least 18 years of age and is obliged to provide correct customer details when creating a user account in order to be able to order and purchase at Stall Kjellbotn. Stall Kjellbotn sends messages to the specified email, address and telephone number and such messages are deemed received and valid when sent by us.

Your account is personal and if you suspect that someone else has access to your account, you must notify Stall Kjellbotn immediately. Stall Kjellbotn has the right to freely reject, terminate or suspend user account without prior notice or liability, including if the terms are deemed violated.

9 Change of Order

To change orders, Stall Kjellbotn must be contacted. The changes will not be valid until they have been confirmed in writing from us. This is to ensure that the product is actually free.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

12 Right of withdrawal on purchase

The Right of Withdrawal Act gives you the right to undo your purchases. 13 Intellectual property rights

Video and photos can be used in Stall Kjellbotn promotion on the homepage, facebook and instagram. If the tenant does not want to be depicted, just let us know and we respect this.

14 Privacy

Stall Kjellbotn processes your personal data in a secure data register in order to fulfill its obligations and safeguard its rights under the lease agreement. The personal data processed are name, address, telephone number, email address and order history. This history will remain stored for accounting and other obligations. All stored information is available on “My Account”. The tenant has the right to have his/her personal data removed from the Landlord's systems, which is done by personal request to Stall Kjellbotn.

Your credit card will be stored as long as you have an active order. The payment card is stored by our payment service provider Stripe. They store the information in a secure and secure manner. Storage of payment cards makes it even easier when shopping. You can delete payment cards on your page. Stall Kjellbotn does not store any credit card details itself.

Stall Kjellbotn uses cookies, like most other online stores. Cookie stores data in your browser in order for the website to recognize you from page to page and visit to visit. We can then recognize who you are so that, among other things, you can get the right prices and easier login. We also collect usage information to improve the quality of service.

15 Legislative Choice

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law. The agreed guardianship is Oslo District Court.

16 Amendments

Stall Kjellbotn reserves the right to change or replace these Terms at any time. The current terms are always available at Kjellbotn.no. If Stall Kjellbotn considers that the changes to the terms and conditions are material in relation to the tenant's rights or obligations, the changes will be made available at Stall Kjellborn 30 days before they become effective.

By using the Service after the changes to the Terms have been made available on Kjellbotn.no you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you cannot use Stall Kjellbotn.
